Communications
The Division of Communication is responsible
for formulating a radio regulation and manages the radio frequency spectrum in
accordance with national and international law. It ensures the safety
of all the residents of FSM. All radiocommunication users utilizing any means of communications
must comply with its regulations as well as FCC regulations.
